Refund policy

At divinedimensions, we are a small business where we handle each order with care. We do also offer options, if something doesn’t go quite right. While we may not be able to accommodate every situation, we are here to offer reasonable alternatives, where possible. 

Returns


We accept request for returns within 11 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Exchanges


As our inventory is limited, the quickest way to make an exchange is to return the item and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 11 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If it has been more than 21 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
